What's Covered
Product Defects:
If your ReplAi Cam device develops a defect in materials or workmanship within 6 months of purchase, we will provide a free replacement.
Shipping:
Customers cover shipping costs to return your defective product to our UK offices and we cover the costs for sending you a replacement.
What's Not Covered
Accidental Damage:
Issues caused by misuse, drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorised modifications/repairs.
Normal Wear & Tear:
