Agreement to Our Terms

When you buy from ReplAi Cam — whether through our website or by paying an invoice — you are agreeing to our Terms of Business.

This means:

If you complete a purchase on our website, you agree at the point of checkout.
If you pay an invoice we've sent you, you agree at the point the invoice is paid.
The Terms of Business apply equally, no matter how you choose to buy.

By purchasing, you confirm that you have:

Read and accepted these terms,
Understood your responsibilities (including consent and content use),
Agreed that these terms form part of your purchase agreement with ReplAi Cam.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not make a purchase or pay an invoice.

1. General Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases through our Site. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

2. Product Information

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. ReplAi Cam reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to update information without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout. Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination and chosen shipping method. While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control. Full shipping details are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window for eligible products in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items (such as discounted or promotional sales) may not be eligible for return.

6. Warranty

All ReplAi Cam devices are covered by a 6 month replacement warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty coverage and exclusions are detailed in our Warranty Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, images, text, videos, and product designs, are the property of ReplAi Cam and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplAi Cam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our products or Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

11. Footage Usage & Client-Captured Content – Terms & Protections

Client Responsibility for Filming & Consent

Any video, audio, or photographic footage captured by the client or the client's representatives during or in connection with our products/services ("Client-Captured Content") is the sole responsibility of the client. The client warrants that:

all individuals filmed or recorded have provided appropriate consent,
where children (under 18) are present, verifiable consent has been obtained from a parent or legal guardian before filming,
no footage has been captured in violation of privacy rights, safeguarding laws, or without informed consent.

Prohibited Uses of Footage

Client-Captured Content must not be used, edited, published, or shared in any manner that is:

unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or obscene,
recorded or shared without valid consent from those appearing in the footage,
in breach of child safeguarding, privacy, or consent regulations,
disrespectful, degrading, harassing, or intentionally damaging to the dignity or reputation of any person, group, or community.

Misuse, Re-Sharing & Public Posting

We are not liable for any misuse of footage once captured by the client. This includes, but is not limited to:

sharing footage online without the permission of those appearing in it,
posting footage publicly that results in harm, reputational damage, or distress,
redistribution of footage by third parties after the client has shared it,
any content filmed or shared that violates personal rights, cultural respect, or safeguarding obligations.

Indemnity

The client agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless REPLAI CAM LTD, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, legal fees, fines, losses, or liabilities arising from:

filming individuals without valid consent,
filming or distributing footage of children without guardian approval,
sharing or publishing inappropriate, disrespectful, or non-consensual content,
any breach of this Footage Usage section.

Right to Report & Remove Association

If we become aware of Client-Captured Content being used in a prohibited or harmful manner, we reserve the right to:

request immediate removal of the content,
revoke any license or permission for footage connected to our brand,
publicly distance REPLAI CAM LTD from the client and the content,
report violations to relevant platforms or authorities where safeguarding or legal breaches are suspected.

No Transfer of Consent

Permission for a client to film does not imply permission to share, post, or distribute footage of other individuals. Consent is never automatically transferred, and must be obtained separately by the client from anyone appearing in the footage.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
